SUMMARY

The person is responsible for overseeing the fit-out process of properties. This role involves managing the construction and installation of interior spaces, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Liaising and coordinating with subcontractor.
• Supervision and coordination of site personnel and subcontractors.
• Manage day-to-day running of the site, ensuring all tasks are completed safely, effectively and on time.
• Reporting of all relevant site activities and managing the quality of work performed.
• Coordinate on-site operations from beginning to end, within agreed safety, time, cost and quality standards and objectives.
• Manage site logistics, deliveries, and materials.
• Oversee and manage Health and Safety.
• Ensure site works are being performed in accordance with policies and plans.
• Arrange and deliver meetings as necessary to facilitate construction works.
• Receive and review shop drawings.
• Provide regular progress updates and conduct regular project reviews with visiting contractors / Project Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned by line manager.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven track record with a developer or main contractor.
• Ability to read and implement project drawings and identify potential problems.
• Good time keeping and attendance.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Good all-round skills relating to building works and fit out.
• Microsoft word and excel knowledge. AutoCAD knowledge is preferable.
